Proposal for Conway Insurance

We at OG Media believe in doing things differently, much like this proposal.  In rolling out a new brand we believe there are some key components that have to be strategically put into place in the right order.  We want to tell your story and make people want to get involved in it. In order to do that, you need a solid brand, a website that creates a connection opportunity, high-quality video and photography to tell your story, a robust social media plan and in-person events.

Cost:  $250 per month for website maintenance and updates and $150 each for Blogs.


  • Social Media Plan to saturate the market with the Conway Insurance Message
  • FB and Instagram
  • Initial photo and video shoot for social media content creation
  • Post breakdown – 75% educational 25% community involvement (these are averages
  • Two different options:  5-7 posts per month or 3-5 posts per month

Cost: 5-7 posts per week for $800 per month or 3-5 posts per week for $400 per month


  • 1 photoshoot quarterly for branding and content (product, lifestyle, technical)
  • 1 video shoot quarterly to produce spots for social posting (What is Conway Insurance lifestyle spot, The Conway Insurance difference, Conway Insurance in action, Conway Insurance on the street, Client Testimonials, and TBD funny spots)

The cost of models, actors, and props including costumes are not included in the project fee.

Cost: $500 per shoot when included with Social Media Management


  • Planning and Execution of event
  • Catering and/or food orders.
  • Promotion includes social media events, boosted posts, postcards, etc.

Food costs, social media boosting, postcard printing, and mailing costs are not included in this proposal

Cost: $600 per event

Email Newsletters

  • 1 email blast per week to targeted businesses with 25 – 50 computers and networked.

Cost: $150 per email

Quarter Page Ad at the Launch Rate of $225 per month for 3 months.
