We at OG Media believe in doing things differently, much like this proposal.  In rolling out a new brand we believe there are some key components that have to be strategically put into place in the right order.  We want to tell your story and make people want to get involved in it. In order to do that, you need a solid brand, a website that creates a connection opportunity, high-quality video and photography to tell your story, and a robust social media plan.

Cost: $800

• Website maintenance to correct issues
• Redesign for better esthetic and readability
• Correct SSL issues
• SEO- onsite and offsite setup for keyword optimization
• Google Analytics management
• Ongoing updates

Cost: $300 per brand per month

• Social Media Plan to saturate the market
• FB and Instagram
• 5 posts per week across all platforms.
• Post breakdown – 75% educational 25% community (these are averages)

Cost: $800 per brand per month

• 1 photoshoot per month for branding and content (product, lifestyle, technical)
• 1 video shoot per month to produce 2 spots for social posting (What is CD/EC, CD/EC lifestyle spot, The CD/EC difference, CD/EC in action, and TBD funny spots)

The cost of models, actors, and props including costumes are not included in the project fee.

Cost: $500 per brand per month when included with Social Media Management

• 3 hours of video production for creating online education courses
• Editing and formating videos for an education platform

Cost: $600 per session

Option #1 Kajabi setup

• Initial setup of kajabi platform
• manage updates and email marketing
• Course management and upkeep

Cost: $400 per month + cost of Kajabi

Option #2 WordPress LMS (Learning management system)

• Initial setup of LMS platform on existing WordPress Website
• manage updates and email marketing
• Course management and upkeep

Cost: $400 per month + cost of platform (around $200 per year)

• Branding- $800 one time fee
• Website/SEO- $300/month per brand
• Advanced SEO-$300/month for both brands
• Social Media- $800/month per brand
• Photo/Video- $500/month when included in SM package
• Video Production for Online Education: $600 per 3 hour session
• Learning Management System:
  • Option #1 $400 per month + kajabi cost
  • Option #2 $400 per month + LMS system cost

As part of our service and to keep the lines of communication open, we offer a monthly strategy meeting to keep everyone on the same page. As a cohesive unit, we will discuss and make decisions about the video, digital, social, and creative strategy. We are your partner; your success is our success!
